• Scheduled Maintenance: Maintenance activities may be scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruption. Users will be notified in advance when possible.

3. User Responsibilities

• Timely Updates: Users are encouraged to apply updates and patches promptly to maintain security and functionality.

• Reporting Issues: Users should report any issues or irregularities encountered during or after maintenance to support@alt-generator.ai.

4. Downtime and Service Interruptions

• Planned Downtime: The Company will strive to minimize downtime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

• Unplanned Downtime: In the event of unexpected issues, the Company will work diligently to restore Services as quickly as possible.

5. Liability

• Service Availability: While the Company aims to provide uninterrupted Services, it does not guarantee continuous availability.

• Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from maintenance activities or service interruptions.

6. Data Backup and Recovery

• Backup Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. The Company does not guarantee data recovery in the event of data loss.

• Data Integrity: The Company takes reasonable measures to protect data integrity during maintenance but cannot be held liable for data loss.

7. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of maintenance services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Graz (Austria), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
